Talent Development Supports Allfunds’ Global Growth

Marshall’s appointment expands Allfunds’ executive leadership as the company continues operating across international financial markets. Her responsibilities include people strategy, organizational change, governance, and workforce development. The company’s executive team has positioned its people agenda around attracting and developing talent while maintaining an inclusive workplace culture.

Strengthening Global Workforce Capabilities

Marshall spent more than two decades at JPMorgan Chase in senior HR positions. Her responsibilities included regional HR leadership, digital transformation, talent management, succession planning, remuneration, and organizational change. She also served as Head of HR for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa excluding the United Kingdom.

That experience provides exposure to complex international workforce structures and cross-border organizational requirements. At Allfunds, her role covers a business operating across multiple markets and serving financial institutions worldwide. The company operates a technology platform connecting fund partners and distributors across international markets.

Marshall also brings experience from outside traditional financial services. Before joining Allfunds, she served as CEO of Fundación Álex Rivera. Her work there included developing organizational strategy, operating structures, technology initiatives, and stakeholder relationships. This added experience across organizational leadership and transformation to her HR background.

Connecting People Strategy With Transformation

Allfunds has identified people as an important component of its continued international development. Marshall’s responsibilities therefore extend beyond conventional HR administration. Her portfolio connects workforce planning with organizational change, leadership development, governance, and employee experience.

The company is also expanding its technology capabilities across wealth management. Its platform supports fund distribution and provides digital infrastructure for financial institutions. These developments create workforce requirements across technology, financial services, commercial operations, and corporate functions.

Marshall’s background in digital HR transformation provides additional experience relevant to these changing requirements. Her previous roles involved using technology and organizational processes to support workforce operations across multiple markets.

Her appointment also strengthens the connection between executive leadership and workforce planning at Allfunds. As businesses operating across international markets become more technology-driven, HR leaders increasingly participate in organizational transformation and long-term capability development.

For Allfunds, Marshall’s role brings together international HR experience, organizational change, and executive advisory capabilities. Her mandate will support the company’s efforts to attract and develop talent while maintaining its broader people and culture priorities. The appointment reflects the growing strategic scope of senior HR leadership within global technology-enabled businesses.
